Whilst taking the advices of certain parties here is good and all, I would advice you against meeting any of the people here who might want to meet you in person to give you more personalised advice.
No matter how good an advice they might give. please restrict it to online only.
In your current vulnerable state, you are in position in being taken advantage off seriously.
If you want to meet somebody please meet a female party or somebody together with a female party but not with a man alone. You dont want to be taken advantage of mentally or physically or maybe even harassed later on.
Remember this is not a good time for you to seek advice from man of dubious reputation. -

Few possible reasons
1)He do not want to see you due to some reasons
2)Maybe the love foundation is not strong between the both of you and he is considering to go back to his wife(no offend on this,just listing down the reasons)
3)he is just toying with your feelings?
(no offend)
4)He is troubled and cannot make a decision as to whether he wants to be with you or his wife
5)maybe something negative has happened to him and he just do not want to let you know?
