Why hanker over something that now belongs to someone else? For 4 years, u had kept ur silence, so why break it now just because she has a bf? My advice to u is, don't go break up other people's relationship. Put urself in her bf's shoe. How would u like it if someone else break up u and ur gf? Also, if ur fren break up with him to be with u, who's to say she wouldn't do the same to u next time a better guy comes along?

she has been waiting for you doesn't mean she still love you now.
get closer to her, find out more before you act, most importnatly leave no regrets -

P.S: People are always interested in things they don't have. Ironically, that doesn't mean they would not settle for something better in the future.
