No matter what your background qualification now, or your supposed past experience. With the way you are handling things now and seeing how really viscious and bent on going after a single person, I seriously would have no faith in you to follow your advice.
But I got a suggestion, why not you offer to take over as Mod? Especially if you feel yourself more qualified to do it? I personally have my own views what a mod is, even in AA. Since you are so eager for Devil to leave and are so confident in your own advice, step up and be a Mod.
