However, even if AA had been started by Devil76 himself, he can't remove himself since he is the main moderator. An observant person would have noticed the first moderator's name is always in bold.

again, let me say that the perpertrator is identified and not many people are assuming him to be INNOCENT.
I think the point of contention is whether the VICTIM has to take a certain level of RESPONSIBILITY over what had happened.
Note that taking RESPONSIBILITY does not make one guilty or exonerate the perpertrator.
I also think that all these name calling is rather useless. It neither contributes to the discussion nor expedite the legal process. It only goes to show the folks just refuse to take that step back because of pride. -
