Normination for new moderators

  I am searching for the word 'noRmination' in the dictionary. It seems there is no such word. I go wikipedia and search but it simply says 'no page with that title exist'.
  
  I am getting a headache trying to find the meaning to this word. Why is it so hard to find...?
