If you don't make a darn effort to get out of your comfort zone to change, chances are you'll be tomorrow what you were yesterday. What's there to be bashful talking to girls/ They are not gonna eat you up or laugh at you.........
What you need to build up is self-esteem and confidence. Just be yourself and put yourself under unnecessary pressure that you have to score points everytime you talk to girls...... If you talk to girls and incidentally score, then good for you. If you don't, what the heck, you ain't gonna die. Just move on lor....... You win some. You lose some. Ain't no big deal wad.........

learn to interact the gal u like as a friend first.
If you do not even know how to handle the gal as a friend, then how can you handle her as a gf.
if you lack self confidence then start trying, if this time fails try again and again.
IF you want something badly you should start to act not just say it. action counts alot, in life. Do it or just dream on and stop complaining you like someone but you are too scared to go after her. -
u can practice interacting wif other female friends first.. wun feel as paiseh as interacting as the one u like ma.. den from there slowly u'll get more used to it one..

Geez, when it comes to girls, I guess i'm pretty much like you too - SHY.
The strange thing is I can easily converse and mingle with my male and female friends. However, when it comes to the girl that i'm infatuated with, things would get a little tougher. It certainly did not help that I have observant male friends who would notice that and then find a chance to 'sabo' me in front of 'my' princess. Though that did not always happen, there are many occasions that I lost my crushes due to shyness. Perhaps it's my ego that spoilt my chances too - I would never want to make that first move...so I would wait for it to come. Well, it came. However, those that came were never from my crushes, but from other girls which I did not pay much attention to.
Just a few days back, my crush's good friend talked to me on MSN and later told me that my crush likes me and asked me to add her up (on msn). Being a skeptical person with ego, I still haven't added her. What do you guys think? Should I add?
I'm sketical because the friend who chatted with me didn't sound herself. LOL!
