they will probaby say try for the 1st semester and see how it goes.Originally posted by fifteen:its kinda confusing for you now. would advice you to see some of your seniors in the poly and ask them for their advice. or you can approach your lecturers.
interest in accounting..Originally posted by curiousOrange:The questions you should ask yourself is :
"Which subject I am most interested in?"
"What is the career path I should take?"
You will be able to answer your own questions if you can decide on the key issues.

you might as well, study CAT, then study ACCAOriginally posted by icyboiz:thanks.. but wad about mdis accouunting?
my Os results are super lousy... & but i managed to get myself a position in poly, studying electrical engineering... I am a gal.. & i have no interest in that at all.. but due to peer pressure, i managed to obtain pretty good results to get into local uni.. until now.. i still have no interest in engineering... fyi, u can take a minor in biz related stuff in uni... not sure if u can do that in poly now..Originally posted by icyboiz:i have tink about this too.. but i nid to get gd grades in poly.. and i have no interest to study in that course...
Originally posted by allentyb:ACCA is definitely harder than an NTU accounting degree because the level 3 papers are master's level difficulty comparable with a top university(e.g within top ten). Also ACCA sets the accounting standard for the whole world(except USA) so is naturally harder.
you might as well, study CAT, then study ACCA
if you don't have any knowledge in accounting at all
you will be wasting your money on ACCA
ACCA is harder than YOUR POLY ACCOUNTING AND DEGREE ACCOUNTING
