i still really cant find out what is the different on this few things...
and its there any other science similar to this field?
so that i can do more research on the differences...

social science talks abt how the society affects how the individual thinks and behaves...
psychiatry: i'm not very sure abt the difference btw psytciatry and pyschology.. but i noe that psychiatrists are permitted to prescribe medicine but psychologists may not precribe medication. -

Social Science is the understanding of sociology and social standing in a society.
Psychiatry is more towards treatment and helping of the mind. -
social science is a big group of stuff
consists of psychology, sociology, anthropology...think there's still more. -

then you can also cross them to get sociopsychology, socioanthropology, sociolinguistics... you get the idea.

psychology just sounds more common becoz we hear about it so often from movies and drama. besides, psychology can also be divided into cognitive, neurological, developmental, abnormal, comparative, educational, etc, etc. in fact, what we usually watch on tv is more like psychoanalysis, which is not even considered psychology at all.
if you really want to know what all those things are about, it's best if u look the list up on wikipedia. -

Sociology = a group mind
psychiatry = another branch of medicine just like neorology or pediatric -
