My degree is Psychology with Management. I am also thinking of doing a pure Psychology degree. Too many choices. Nah, you're right there, and it also applies between fields of psychology. I touched on it years ago - one of my first ideas for my doctoral thesis was organisational learning. I ended up doing my thesis on the application of Item Response Theory to computerised adaptive testing, and these days I'm working with organisational culture and leadership. -

There has been an emerging view which entails economics and organizational learning from sociology; It's been coined Absorptive Capacity. That's what my dissertation is focusing on. One of the variables i'm measuring is organizational culture.
