when I first joined my company, I was told by this admin manager that everyone have to help throw out the rubbish.
eventually when I actually started, then I realised she meant clearing all the bins in the company, and usually I am the only one doing.
and I dont mean paper bins.. there's leftover food in their bins.
i beared with it for a while, until one day I cant stand it any longer, I stopped clearing the bins, and dont use my own bin either. (i packed whatever trash I have into NTUC bags i bring specially to work and throw on my way home)
when she confronted me, i retorted: "i thought everyone have to help? then since I've done it for 2 months now, maybe it is your turn."
Then there is no longer such arrangement. We eventually hired a cleaning auntie.

what i want to say is... ignore her if you still can... when you cant, retaliate. what is the worst that can happen? quit the job!
