Hate to say this but if u dont hire maids and he got no target liao...will he target female family members instead? Pity ur previous maids leh...i think u gotta get to the root of the problem, which lies with ur granddad. Bring him to the doc's, threaten him tt u'll report to the police, or talk to him....watever~....just make him stop....its gross...and think for ur maid too...dont think she deserves this kind of treatment. -

I have to look at the whole family: You get along with your Grandfather? If so it should be easier: just kindly advise him, tell him consequences, not to ruin his life etc... something like asking him to quit smoking... Grandparents on the whole dotes on grandchildren, so it might be possible to strike gold if this is the situation.
If possible, ask him to join the "le lin" club. That should keep him busy enough to keep dirty thoughts off the maid.
Er.... if both of you all are on rocky terms, theres no harm in advising also... but your family will have a "conscience heart" to report to the proper authorities if anything nasty happens...
Seriously, I also very struck... If my advice can help you, then great. Else.... I also don't know... sorry. -
thanks for your advice... well i get along quite well with my grandfather but seldom communicate.. he actually does not know that the whole family know about this matter as we act ignorant and i am not in a position to say anything to him. all the advice i seen is to talk to him about this matter but how to start??? and who to say?? this is the problem i am facing right now.. as u all know its easy to say but difficult to put words into action! sighz.. how to start the conversation... well.. so for now maybe we wont leave him alone with the maid cause he will request only when nobody is at home..Originally posted by Tyris=Flare:This is really headache sia...

i wonder how your grandma endure your grandpa? Will she still care for him when he is ill one day or say "You are still my only love after death" when his end day approaches. You should tell the new maid that your grandpa has such sex passion and she needs not be scare as she can just reject him. Say NO! I am still YOUNG!
