well the way you phrase it seem to mean that you are attracted to these women because:
1) you think that their time is running out hence they are not picky
2) you think that their afraid of being "left on the shelf" hence they are not picky
3) you think that since they are older and somewhat desperate, hence they are not picky
so then they will pick you?

1) not financially able to support her.
2) not likely to settle down (marriage) in the near future.
3) not matured enough

her career, which she stands to lose!
