Of course she can express her affection for him; everyone should learn to be expressive. After all, simply blurting 'I love you' doesn't necessary seal the deal in the relationship.
So you are saying that woman should also learn to pop the question at times just simply because being a girl doesn't give her any prerogative in that sense?
Then I hope you wouldn't expect your woman to initiate and propose marriage to you. After all, it's also true that 'there's no rule that says only guys should propose marriage to his woman'... based on your line of argument?
P.S: Sometimes life is not always so much about the gender-equality thingy you loved debating about. Is like when you see a woman friend carrying something of considerable weight, most guys would generally offer assistance, even if you know she could also manage without help. Of course you could go along the gender-equality arguments that woman should also learn to carry her own bags, but hell... like duh.
Guys don't have to be jun zi, but they should at least have feng du
