  You can try another method. See a doctor and ask for medicines that will you help relieve stress or sleep better. I am not referring to sleeping pills. Not sure what they are called but the doctor should know. Tell him you canÂ’t sleep and is thinking of committing suicide. They works wonder for me. I felt great after taking them.
