If you are the only moderator here, what would you do?
Will you step in and say "No flaming here, thread closed." and close the thread, or step in to defend your friend?
Saying that you don't interfere assumes that there are more than one moderators here, which might be the best course. But what if it's not? -

Leading a CCA group is not the same as leading a forum here. One thing is cos all the people in your CCA group is most prolly around the same age as you. Not so hard to control. But here you get all sort of age. And your age is there for everyone to see, plus the way you carry yourself...it doesn't help you gain respect in the eyes of others.
So be here longer, post more, let us see how you handle yourself in time. Once we tink you are ready, I think Yunnie will have no problem electing you to be mod together with her
I am sorry to say this but, a number of question you guys ask has already been ask... And if I don't reply you, it will really give a a very bas reputation or thinking i am unable to solve the problem...

I know you all dun want talk only... But how am i able to prove myself that i can be a good mod when i am even not a mod?
About the CCA part... guess it's useless when we talk about handling with people right?
Then how about my work? my job? I am a very trusted person there... hence able to get the chance to promote to crew leader at this kind of age...
A number of people there are not really happy that i got that chances while they don't have. But, i've prove to them i am able to be a crew leader.

but of cos, mod's one will be taken more seriously since is the "elected" mod.....has more credentials and good track record

Real life experience is sometimes very different from online experience. The way you handle people in real life is also very different from what you should do here. So can't really be counted. -

problem with some of the "troubled" one here is that they come into this forum.
state their troubles, ask for advice, but only choose the one which they want to hear when sometimes the other path would be the better way to go. -
