It is what you do during the relationship that determines the success or failure.
She may have the right to know, true, but she did not invoke that right yet.
So you have jumped the gun, and you are paying the price.
Not telling is not the same as lying.
Refusing to tell when ask is also a crime in a relationship, for it shows you have something to hide.
If she needs to know, she will ask.
