Actually i am the guy .... and still got other more problems.. but this is just one of the problems... we together for 6 mth ....
It's because they want to concentrate on their current relationship and dun want to let the ex-relationship they have to interfere... so many prefer to conceal their ex-relationship...
Since the girl already said forget about it, she mean it.
their hug and kisses are in the past...
maybe because of this reason, the girl doesnt want to let you know... it may be because she doesn't spoil this relationship by telling you the past...
My advice is, forget about the past, forgive the girl... Break is not a good choice. You can ask her to settle with her ex if there is anything going on... together with her... she need your helps too...
It sometimes need two party to take a step back... Not just one. -

Who noes, there're more than it meets the eye from that r/s which she's so afraid to tell you...hugs & kisses from that ex-r/s is nothing or rather a norm/small case....imagine the deeper part...
She has did nothing wrong by confessing these to you and neither is she wrong not to confess/share with you her previous r/s...which i feel that it could be your wrong for not sharing your concern/troubled mind with her...
Don't expect her to think or feel like what you think/feel without telling her...it'll caused alot of misunderstandings & mistrusts...
Maybe you can reflect on yourself 1st then the situation between you & her...

To me, it is something bad. There are many reasons why she never tell you, good or bad and there's no point trying to think of those reasons and you will only feel more insecure.
Remember they has a rs before. But just treat everything as per normal until you find out something is wrong. All's fair in love and war, go ahead and check on her.
