Things like these happens, tell you what, when I was in secondary school, i only got 2 close friends through my sec 1- sec 5 life, its tough but still managed to go on because I kept on thinking about this idiot getting nuts for o levels...haha
So just tahan lor, try, if cannot, don't force -

relax, i wasn't in any of those clicks during sec school. it gives you lots more free time for study or play. besides, you don't need those idiots' company anyway

If you have friends outside school. Good enough already.
Infact, my friends who lasted longer are the ones outside school.
Because, after graduation, we each go our own ways, friendship will eventually fade.
All my friends in school I no longer contact already.
Only one left, but she was someone I know since Primary school.
So no worries, as long as you focus on your studies, achieve good grades so you can further your studies. That is the reason why you are in school anyway.
Once you graduate to higher education or start in the work force. You will get to know a lot more other friends. -
juz do you're best. now much group work right? if got group work no choice loh.
Think i am lucky, quite sociable, got retained b4 so i kinda understand.
well... try to make friends, if not then i guess juz work harder clear you're modules and move on.

but then... retaining can make sure u regret and study hard la.....

no friends?no big deal lah,if they look down on u just heck care lah.When u go to work then u know,sometimes it hard to distinguish who is your friend,who is your enemy, in my workplace.

I understand your feeling as I'm a retainee in Sec 3 at 2 years back.
Now, I'm a 'retainee' in Sec 4 due to a long study break from medical reasons.
There's classmates who look down at retainees, but look at the positive part. You're more matured than them. I'm 2 years older than my classmates and they start to respect me because I'm able to make wise decision and advise them on their problems.
You're welcomed to PM me if you wish to find someone in similar position to talk to. -
