  LOL i got a method sure work one happen to me. last time i alway eat buffet alway nv gain weight until 1 day, i eat lasi lemak for 1mth for 2 meal everyday. eventually my weight frm 60kg become 70kg -__-" see liao i wan to faint zzz nw wan to lose weight oso problem zzzz
