Love and Suicide

Sometimes it is easier to say than to do. When you are really upset and you character does not allow you to live with it, you really have to force yourself to divert your attention to something else. I didnt always have nice time in the past, and I know how it feels because I dont live to lose. I think it is my character that does not allow me to always have a nice time in r/s. I pick on crap for nothing at times, and end up wanting to fight for a win. My last resort is to always to remind myself that I had worked so hard in my studies, and I love what I have now, so I put myself in front of anyone. So I dont die.

I admit I have a suicidal tendency
The last time I broke up with my ex, I brought a razor blade to my wrist and would have cut myself deep if not because my neighbor heard me crying and came in to stop me just in time (I was living in a dorm that time and my room was joined with the next one). I took it as a sign that I was not meant to die at that time, and looking back now, I am glad I didnt waste my life on such a jerk.
Maybe that time I was not really thinking about killing myself, but just want a way to channel my pain and frustration? I was hurting that time to the point of I am unable to cry, so I couldn't find any release...so I thought cutting myself would at least provide enough pain to distract myself from feeling the emotional pain... -
first of all, if anyone wishes to attempt suicide, will not bother to post at this forum, even if he/she are to post at this forum, that person probably looking for some advice to 'stop' them, which probably that person will not even try to attempt suicide, and if anyone was dumb enough to tell the police that he/she attempt suicide, it is a criminal offence, so any dick head out there, wishes to attempt suicide, please don't be stupid enough to say this to the police - i want to end my life

Suicide is choice, like everything else. Yes, it doesn't solve many problems. It hurts your kin, and taints your own memory. The only thing it does is for the person; for him/her, the pain is over. But this pain is forced onto others.
However, to call a person "stupid" because he chose to end his life is uncalled for. These people have lost their way, and it is the responsibility of the people around him to bring him back. Comments like "Why are you so stupid?' and "You so dumb go hurt yourself for what?" are extremely hurting to one who is already suffering. Comparing his suffering to the suffering of others (like kids in Africa, starving people) will possibly make him feel worse and drive him off the edge. I would know because this is what many have done to me before. Shocking a person with harsh words is a gamble that should not be made casually, because the odds of losing are very high.
Empathy, unconditional sympathy and kindness are the ways to remove the cancer of suicidal thoughts. Be kind to someone who has lost love, and he will see that he has not lost any at all. Be gentle with someone who has been hurt, because it will remove the pain in the least painful way. Be caring to those who need care, because they will then be able to care for themselves. -
haiz life is such. those who cant break free will only end up doing something foolish.

that everything in this world is immaterial. i dont know how to say in english. haha
the she ji si kong, kong ji si she. u come with nothing , u leave with nothing. everything in this world is here to stay here. eternity is not possible, so why not just cherish the memories and time together, and let it go when it is time.

No. I would not let them die, if they're attempting suicide in front of me. When someone around me have a problem, and one I can help with, I definitely would.
But when his or her mind is already dead, sometimes living is a torture.
I WILL help, but a friend can only help so much.
If the person doesn't want to help himself, you can only save him so many times before he manages to kill himself. -
Die with a good cause not without. Die for love? Plain stupid. Especially among the youngsters. If that person is meant for you he or she is meant for you. When you die you think he or she will feel sad or regretful? Perhaps she or he would be celebrating that finally the pest was once and for all out of his or her life instead of sticking to him/her like a sickening leech.

Everyone needs a 'safety net', so that when something happens to the person, he has a net to fall on, the protect him from falling too deep.
This 'safety net' can consist of close friends or relatives, that will come out at a moment's notice. Those that will take a cab down to wherever you are, whenever you say "I need company, please, come down", or "I need help..."
With a safety net a person will not be driven to impulses or flashing thoughts of suicide, which may be the conclusion of their negative thoughts under distress.
Truly, when one person starts to think too much when you're sad and alone, things rarely start to look up.
So guys, build and encourage others to build a safety net today... (though i must say there are few friends out there who can be relied on, so when you find one, do treasure them).

even if they do not want to be saved, i will still save them.
i'll even use violence if necessary. -
depressed people faces and makes life and death decisions every second.
normal people maybe do it once per decade. -

dun ever kill yourself for a person who no longer loves you...you think he/she will care? i think he/she will be laughing her head off at your funeral...i think they dun even give a hoot if u die or not..becuase you are no longer in their lifes...you are just a stranger/ "hi/bye friend"

A close friend of mine killed himself after his girlfriend left him.
I slipped into a depression over it and sought professional counselling.
In the end, I managed to put aside my depression and started focusing on my studies.... I know that's what he would have wanted me to do.
Just thinking about it still hurts, though. -

Suicide is selfish, its making other people go through mourning and despair because you cant manage the suffering in this world.
I think everyone thinks of suicide at one point and most people dont go through with it because they stop to think harder of what would happen after they kill themselves. -
