What is the reason behind her need to be thin? To look good? Tell her it wouldn't stop.
Even very beautiful, educated, sane women I know of refuse to cease starving when they are born delicately perfect. The perfect embodiment of Asian girl/womanhood.
Liposuction afterwards, brazilian butt shaping afterwards, followed by injection in the face to remove baby fats, br*asts enlargement etc. Tell her the quest to look slim and effortless will never end.
If she aspires to become a model or actress one day, please tell her personality is more important than bone/mass ratio.
Take Tyra Banks for instance.

Anyway... I agree with most of the posts that her mindset does need to be changed... The best person to change her would be the person she believes and trusts most (is it you?). Thin = pretty is an image projected too much by the media.
What I always advocate is being fit instead of thin. Not eating makes you even fatter next time when u decide to start eating because the metabolism rate would have been forcibly cut back by lack of food. Furthermore, it may let her hv a tummy, which makes her want to cut back her food intake even more.
You will need to start feeding her. The idea is to eat healthier, not eat less. Not eating will make your body start breaking down internal cells for energy and other necessary functions. She wouldn't want to have osteoporosis before her mum does. Neither would she want a stomach filled with ulcers at an early age.
Try to feed her some liquid food at first... They are easier to take down without feeling too full... Example... cereals, milo, hot chocolate... You need to put this into her: you need more energy to study for your exams (or whatever she likes to do most). Or cook for her... Make her feel guilty about wasting your efforts and money...
The above are just some of my opinions...
If she starts to eat... she may get more fats initially because her basal metabolic rate should have drastically slowed down... But don't tell her this... Just bring her out for more activities... -
Intro your anorexic friend to the good people of Club 30!
Club 30 has gluttony sessions regularly and will help your friend appreciate good food so much, your friend's new worry will be how to keep the weight down! Weight gain guaranteed within 3 months or your friend can cancel membership...... -

she say walking increase dunno wad wad..
then will decrease dunno wad wad la..
first.. from clarke quay.. to sgh at outram
then.. from orchard.. to tiong bahru...
then still got la..
and then i dun think i can change her mindset after talking to her...
she is too determined..
she say die also want thin... -
Since she is taking Biology ar, then you should explain to her in terms of biology.
