Another question that popped up.
AFAIK, the 13th month pay is not covered by law, though it's almost a given that all companies do give the 13th month pay....so my question is, will the 13th month pay be written in the letter of appointment?
Thanks again.
Some companies might write it out or tell you, my company doesnt...it really depends. Very important that you read the appointment letter they gave to you before you sign it...
As for the experience, dun worry...most ppl start out with very little of that at first, you will learn as you go along

Most stuff at work cant be learned at school anyway...
And usually they will put u under probation for a few months, during this time if you are not happy with the company for whatever reason, you can always resign and look for anoter job unless you are bonded to that company by a contract terms...
