Try using this - go out with her to starbucks/coffee bean. See what she order and you order something else. Then tell her this, "relationship is like a cup of drink, i prefer what i order. Your cup of ___ is juz not situable for me."
But just curious, did you 'lead' / hint her something that she thought you like her ?
If yes, better explain yourself fast. Don't drag.....

Above is how a guy rejected me before. He didn't say i m ugly instead he says i am pretty. Just that I am not his cup of tea....
