I think B and C don't mind the money, but they were made to feel like a fool.
as there was a time before this incident that C is very unhappy with his job and is thinking of leaving his ex-company but is afraid that he'll not be able to find another job right away and "A" told him that if he can't find a job right away, "A" will past half of his pay to "C" every month to help him pull through until C finds a job. -

I thk A has enuff money to pay back , man. but hes just too lazy to get it from the bank.. and your fren never seems to push him to pay back.. so he might thk "ok,i'll play later.. then later.. then later.. then future.. then 10 years later LOL

any chance A forgot about the loans?
i am just thinking, if u approach A with it, A may gather you, B n C have been talking. while A is not faultless but that's gonna hurt, won't it?
best is for B and C to approach A. do it gently and in a jestly manner? or how about start with "hey, know what? remember that $$$ i loan you? well, i kinda short on cash right now. when u get the chance, perhaps you can return it?"
$$$ is a sensitive issue. btw, i've NEVER gotten back what i loan out. so, i've gone smart. any talk about $$$, i take off!!!

I did lend $$ to "A" before and he always return it to me like he said, thats why I can't understand why he is not returning the $$ he borrowed from both B and C ???

Happened to me before. My friend defaulted in payment of a loan I made to him citing that he has financial woes. Turn out, that bugger bought a new car and the best part was that I didn't hear this news from the horses's mouth. I got my money back after a confrontation with my friend, who reluctantly paid up.
Well B and C should likewise confront A. If he's really financially constrainted, that's fine. But if he's taking you guys to be his god of fortune, then please terminate this friend after getting the principal amount. Such friends are not true friends. Gd luck!!
