every once in a while i will feel down for dunno what reason
. i will not talk or just keep silent throughout the day. Today i met my friends and they asked me why am i so quiet. I told them them nothing, i'm serious that everything is ok ,it's just that this behavior comes naturally...
My question is:
1) Anyone experienced b4?
2) How to counter this?

yea. experienced it before.
just feel down for no reason.
what i usually do is to just let it come and go.
it's kinda like a phase.
if not, then fight against the down feeling.
try to smile and laugh more. be happy and cheery inside.
don't let it get into you. -

Think harder and ask yourself if there is really no reason for this kind of behavior.

One thing I could say is that it's maybe due to the fact of your house.
Often if it gets too boring or just plain old same, you will feel abit of slight
depression. It's like a feeling of same shit different day. Thus, that's why
you feel down and can't explain it. I might be wrong but that's how it goes.

there's nothing wrong with being down every now and then, noone's happy all the time, it'd be unhealthy to be bouncing off the walls all the time.
unless it starts affecting your every day life or really gets to you I wouldn't worry about it tbh, there's a difference between being lethargic and being depressed, don't mix the two -

basically there are 3 groups of ple..
each group = 4 horoscopes which got v similar characteristics.
those 4 horoscopes i mentioned belongs to one group. -

Okok..Seriously, tis is pretty much normal..Everybody sure hav a day or two with sudden mood change..Either u indulge in it & do somethin tat u think u deserve or wanna do, but havn do to make urself happy. Or, u can choose to let it be, go slp early & the nxt day will b another beautiful day!!
Juz take it as we r havin our emotions under maintenence. After maintenence, everything is great again! -
