Anyway , Hormones exists in both sexes , your "mood" can stem from other factors "self-esteem", "sense of direction", "sense of security" etc. -

I used to be like that.. when my fren's mum said i was followed by ghost which made me feel all sadness and no mood..(seriously, this is true, prayers been made , and now im feeling better than just feeling down all day 24/7)Originally posted by wului99:

Yea, i think its normal.. sometimes the feeling down can be serious . sometimes not.. mayb you're a bit lonely,. i think you dont have gf/bf? unlike your lover, some thing you cant really share with frens. -
same, but can be damaging if ur in a r/s coz ur partner will be affected by it. its fine if ur on ur own

May be related to your diet.
Some carbos gives you a high and good feelings.
But when it climaxed, you downspiral pretty fast.
Might be worth it to monitor your diets for slow energy releasing foods to see how it might improve your moods. -
see some comedy shows..
like the gods must be crazy, the ones where you will die of laughter one.
Maybe is you tired or not in the mood bah. Hahah.
