Hmmm...I just read your profile, and it says that your hobby is "reading."
Well, just make sure your posture is good when you read. I hope you dun read while lying on the bed or sofa, or in an awkward position. Also, dun read for too long without a break (walk around, stretch a bit, drink some fruit juice, etc.)
There were some interesting suggestions here like hot showers and baths, which are nice things to do (which I might try myself next time!), but in my humble opinion, I believe that the "meat" or the "bread and butter" of improving yourself, is to improve your health overall.
Improving overall health = proper exercise (weightlifiting - dun worry, females won't become like Arnold, unless u take drugs or something), food/water (alot!!!! eat/drink often!!!!), and sleep.
My guess is that you're feeling tired all the time, right? Very lethargic and sleepy, even though you have a lot of sleep, right? Maybe headaches, too?
I used to be like that.... I always had headaches and felt lethargic - I wondered if I was cursed, or something like that. But truth be told, it was because of my lifestyle: sleep late, wake up late, NEVER exercise, skip breakfast (cause I wake up late, lah!), do computer too much, don't eat regularly, etc. etc. etc.
Once I changed that, nearly all my ailments and pain *miraculously* disappeared. Haha, actually, there's no miracle or magic pill.... it's just simple health sense....and discipline. Yeah, it was really hard to change my lifestyle at first, and it's still a struggle occasionally, but it gets easier as time goes by.
Good luck!
how long did u take to c the effect after u change your lifestyle?
