Dunno what is the problem with ur looks....I see no problem at all with ur face....it looks smooth, smooth skin....and no deformity....so face is no problem...just that ur body posture....seems abit not upright.....u need to practice to walk and maintain upright body posture, thats all...
Definitely not a big issue....if I see u on the street, I wont be shocked and see u as ugly....it's still normal....
