what shall i do? and we rarely cross path though we've seen each other before
if sms her too much later she might feel pestered and...
i don't know her well enough to start calling her.

Next, she most probably would reply and say "thanks, u too!" or something like that. Now u must ask her how's work etc. Then suggest to her that maybe u 2 should meet up for dinner or catch a movie after work. If she say yes, then start thinking of where 2 eat. For recent movies, I suggest u suggest go catch "No Reservations". It is a rather romantic genre movie. The rest is up 2 u liao.
If not, maybe can find out what sports she likes and suggest doing it together.

Firstly, u need to warm-up ur friendship with her.
U can start by sms asking how is she doin that day. just simple friend's concern. then u can ask her if she wan to go out one day.. of course not u and her alone if she dont prefer that.. Just hang out like a friend.. Dont make her feel weird cuz everygal know how wussy a guy can be if they wan to woo a gal..
Just relax.. dont have to be so gentleman.. u can sometimes tease her bout something but dun over tease her...
1st Step: SMS her asking how was her day and say so long never see her online. so just wanna keep in touch with her and blabla,... dont write too long

how i got to know her?
i cant really say in case some1 here knows me.. lol
its something like being colleagues in a very very huge building whereby we only crossed path like once per month?
and the reason i decided to make a move is cos somehow, i came to find out that she's leaving very soon.
how i get her number? as u see, i was a chicken, so i got it from some1else who dont really know her but just happen to have her number, so 1 day i was like "aiyah just sms lah, at most kena ignore only" then i asked for her msn and friendster i know its not sincere enough but i guess that doesnt matter anymore
