hmm.. maybe u late nights too much. Try alchohol ? Wine will help... or take Xanax or Erimin 5. Just half ... slow cut down when u feel that u can sleep n then stick to wine only after it works. -

tried that when i went for this dinner thing with papa n nel during the 7th mth.. drank a bit.. i just feel more tired nia... but still cannot slp.. -
