HELP,noob needs help on approaching

well admit that im a shy guy.. then there's this girl i meet only once every weekend at my tuition..
i know there's 3hours of meeting her everyweek yet i dun even dare to approach.. her eyes stares at me for minutes without glancing that each time my heart pumps so fast than my hands,fingers and backbone even shivers..
its not a usual feeling...
i juz need help on how to approach her and develop a friendship first.. i dun have much experience on approaching gals.nor do i develop such a strong interest on a girl often. it ain't a crush,it's been from the start of the year until now.. she hints&hints,stares & stares but i just dun any ideas for approaching and time left indeed little..
im very keen in developing a close friendship in early stage with her so any tips?
i need is interesting/creative ideas. dun wanna bore with wad usual people would do on dates..eg movies then treat meal then talk boring things on bus journey home like majority of my friends do... -

same class? u can always go and ask, what homework today, and stuffs
act stupid sometimes helps too, ask her for stuffs you don't know
but don't advance that fast
take it slow
and after a month of talking and stuff, then get her hp number
and presto.
and courage helps. -

know her well, make her feel secure with you.
boring talks on bus journey are acutally good to keep her closer.

the majority of your friends do that because it is the normal thing to do... just smile at her when she looks at you or your eyes meet. There is no need to be brilliant (what you think is brilliant) and instead scare her off. All you need to be is a normal guy. Girls love normal guys. -
Put on the charm, the brightest smile and confidence - simply walk over, introduce yourself and let your intention be known. First step is nothing too hard, and if you do it right - most of a time it's a yes
Get the number, call her - the local culture seems to prefer to sms in this situation instead, after few days... Keep the chat brief and ask if she would like to come out for dinner/tea...
If she doesn't take bait, keep in touch with her. Wait till she is a little more comfortable with you in real life (you mentioned tuition) and then invite her to go out again.
I normally prefer dinner dates for the first time, it's much quieter than movies or any crap of the same nature. Spend the time during dinner, to understand her better - keep it cool and funny, make sure she's comfortable
Depending on how the dinner date goes, make your own plans from there. It might lead to a movie, a stroll by the beach, more chatting in a park, some drinking in a bar > or even immediately...... hehe -
You don't dare to approach her yet, but already thinking of what interesting thing to do? Its like wanting to learn to walk when u have only start crawling. Please go and approach her first and get her number before u come here and ask for advice. Because what's the use of we telling u what to do with her when u haven't EVEN approach her.

Actually, if you're shy, it's better to start off as friends first. Develop understanding between each other. This is better then straightaway rushing into the dating stage where you most likely dun know what to do.
Understand each other first. Hobbies, likes, dislikes, attitudes etc.
Be friends first. If there's chance for further development, you will know it. -
