Life is great... people here are friendly. I've made quite a lot of new friends in uni. Doing well in studies too.
But heres the problem.
Some of my friends are jealous of me because I came from a 'rich' family. They are always picking on me because I drive a nice car (Honda accord - very nice meh?) and say I always wear expensive clothes and use money to buy everything I want.
They even went to gossip about me paying (girl lecturer) and sleeping with the guy lecturer for my grades. I'm sick of it.
Now I'm getting conscious.. that people like be because I have money. Sigh...
BUT ANYWAY, there's nothing wrong with driving la. There's also nothing wrong with wearing designer labels if ur parents can afford it. Look at the PRC people here, they are DAMN BLOODY RICH lor! what's wrong with pampering yourself once in a while?
Your friends are probably jealous of u. Let it go and find new ones .. I've been here for 2 yrs and I havent found many really good friends yet.. Seems like nothing can replace the buddies in singapore.
People tend to get envious ( jealous even) when their close friends have something that they don't. Don't think too much about it..
With regard to that secret that you have hor, the more u dun wan ur fren to reveal it, the more she will. So act like it doesnt affect u at all. The MORE u show that it affects you, the more likely your friend will spill on u.
Lastly, I dun see anything wrong with her putting up someone else's blog, even if it's slightly pornographic. It could be a favour for this guy.. what's wrong with trying to be nice?
Summer hols is coming. Forget about your problems, push hard for ur finals, and soon u'd be in sg again without your screwed up frens. Good luck..

Jealousy is part of our human existence emotion, a natural emotion all of us hv in our mind, it is an intergrated part of our life, there are two forms of resultant jealousy formation. The good and bad jealousy.
1. Good jealousy resulted in motivation, competitiveness and also in love relationship. eg. because i am jealous about your richness, i make sure i get richer than you, so i must motivate myself to do well to challenge you. In sport, i am jealous that you run faster than me and get all the support, i make sure I will train and work hard to beat you the next time round. In Love, I am jealous to see you with another woman, why? because i love you.
2. Bad jealousy resulted in bad thought of revenge, sabotage and even kill, it bring about a person mental illness in seeing other people good, it harboured the thought of destroy him or her, and when translated into action, it can be very detrimental to relationship such as frens, relatives, lovers or even life. As the saying goes, Even look can kill.
So, instead of jealous about a person, we should try to envy him/her and try to emulate it or even better than him/her. But remember that in every envying, there seat in the corner of an unstable mind, a jealous envying. -

hmm..u dun really have to care abt them la..seriously...juz let them be..i was in ur shoes before too..and wad i did is not to care abt them..but still,there wld be ppl who are jealous...especially some ppl who's oso as 'rich' as u or smth..den they wld be jealous if his frens or ur frens talk abt how 'rich' u are to him..and that is when backstabbing wld start..as in the person who's jealous of u wld start the backstabbing..hmm..wadeva..juz ignore them ..and smile at them if they say u're 'rich' or even when they are being sarcastic.
