She has to prove that you have the INTENTION of accessing her INFORMATION on the mobile . She also has to PROVE that you had the VERY INTENTION of procuring her phone for THAT purpose.
Right now , she does not have a single SHRED of evidence that you had that intention until you sign that piece of paper.
The courts will throw it out because she left the phone in your care. Any reasonable person who has something confidential in their phone won't allow a stranger or friend to hold it and will exercise due care in securing the phone i.e. security pin lock
However you should not have made a phone call out of her phone or prank call your friend - that is where you are wrong. Next time, don't go near friend's phones or use it to prank call. -

she said i am aware that my actions may constitute offence(s) under computer misuse act.
and if i devulge the info, she will go to the police with this confession.
or she did say, if i don't sign it, she will go to the police anyway.

Tell her that you are going to a lawyer to check it out and the police won't care about it because it is more civil than criminal. You played a prank. That's all , it was wrong but that does not mean she can bully you into signing your name.

She has no case against you unless you sign that 'confession'. Even if you behave true to your name and sign it despite our advice, she can't do much to you with that slip of paper.

the act she wants to use is a criminal act, she has to report it to the police and believe me when i tell you no police investigator would want to be made a laughing stock by bringing this to the courts...
at the very most the cops will call you down and you just tell them as it happened, it goes down on record and you get a sympathetic word on not repeating the mistake....period...sleep easy tonight and post the statement for us to have a good laugh over it.... -
