to survive in this real working society, there's a few things that you ought to let ur gf know
1- act blur
2- act don't know of those outside her job scope
3- don't be a busybody - just do those within her job scope
4- if she wants to have a easier life, go out lunch with her fellow colleagues more often, at times buy them drinks or something to get into their good books, so the bonding will be there.
in time to come, when there's a need, at least she can find ppl together to act or sabotage the Miss A so she becomes the scapegoat that time.
