Friends-are hard to find......

i am 19 this year and i envy those who have lots of friends to hang out with, to the movies, streets even chalet.
i won't say i have no friends but very little, maybe 2 or 3 ?
it is espically sad to know that, when u thought u are in the group, but in fact you are not.
classamtes collect money from you for someone's birthday, and when it is your birthday there isn't even a hand shake.
when they don't need help, you are invisible.
when you make a mistake they all laugh at you.
i always say peole in my class are all my calssmates, not friends.
i wonder am i wrong ?

got 1 or 2 close is good enough already....there's nothing wrong with having few friends...u may just click better with them than the majority of your classmates..

As the saying goes Good friends are really hard to find and don't be surprise that at the end of the day you only have a handful.
Just learn to cherish them when you do have them and you will feel better. Remember it is not how much people can do for you but the opposite that will make you happier. Try it and you will know what I mean. -

i got around 4-5 real close friends.
the rest, they are just acquaintances, classmates or just hi-byes. -
A few good ones are better than a backstabbin' bunch.

Be careful of the word friend.
Most of the people are acquaintances, i.e. you know them, they know you. Thats as far as it goes. That is not friends, but the word friend is loosely used.
You won't know who is your friend until the time comes.
Your friend(s) won't desert you. -
don't worry true friends are those that are really hard to find and it is only a matter of time before you meet them
I got like only 2 friends who would strike my mind whenever I face problems
1 is really a nice guy who would sincerely do his best
the other one I regard her as one of my best friends but I don't know whether she regards me too lol. I would see her as an extremely nice person and that's the reason why I regard her as a faithful friend..maybe she also treats others the same way lol
anyway some friends are treated as utilty friends? don't know how to describe them but they are just those friends whom I would usually hang out with but don't really pour my troubles to them cos it seems to me that they don't really like to dabble into the so-called emotional issues..they would just brush off by saying aiyah doesn't matter lah or just change topics sliently. they too forget about my birthday. I remember only one of my classmates asked me on that day and that was the day when they knew about it. like you I paid for their birthdays including the girls who don't have a good impression of me. despite that they still never wish me lol. when my classmate who is the one always buying presents for the birthday babies held an outing for my birthday..only 3 people accompanied including him and the other birthday boy who was quite well-recevied by the boys and girls compared to me. maybe when they heard my name then they all turn down lol.
my those 2 friends got wish me lah so I was quite contend..but then anyway I think those kind of friends can also your friends mah..trivial things like birthdays don't really matter to me..it is more of a disappointment. patience maybe?..maybe if you have got problems and you approach one of your friends for help and they offer with sincerity then maybe they could be one of your true friends? -
but sometimes even though you're those sociable and charamastic type..you still have few frends...does looks count in terms of friendship? If you're ugly you cannot be my frend even though you're social butterfly.

as for the mistakes u make.. they luff at u.. den jus let dem luff lo.. y u care.. y wan to have their opinions or laughter affect ur day.. jus rmb ur mistake n not to repeat dem again lo.. use them as ur fuel to move on and achieved better things/results in life
