  does any of u gals here experience pain, even after u try to take panadols and other medicines, etc.?? i remember my ex told me, her period always suffering.. no matter wad she take, the pain wun subside/reduce.. are there any gals here have special ways?? haa..

  never take panadol/pain killer for menses cramp..if not, will get v dependent on it..
  
  always hear ple say take evening primrose oil.. or was it olive oil? cant remember.. anyway.. if cramp, juz dun move about too much.
  
  eat more fish. dun drink tea/cold drinks during menses.

  My mum told my sis that girls should avoid 'cooling' stuffs when having periods , otherwise it can result in heavier flow.
