A lot will depend on what actually made her to commit such a betrayal. In a r/s when 1 party falters the other is just equally responsible.
Women by common needs affection, attention and TLC - since you (I assume) had failed in one of these areas then the question will be if you are able to rectify this fault of yours and if you could then whether she will be comfortable coming back to you.
If this r/s fails then you really need to be wary if you will default again on your next gal. In any r/s there is never a true wrong and most of the time the other party is equally responsible.
So I hope that you could come to terms with yourself first before considering and taking the next step. Just my 2 cents worth.. -
