  It is really not a matter of money but a matter of whether after meeting her terms the "harrassment" will end there. It's obvious that she is aware that money is not a bother to you. Today her terms are a $2M in her bank, $1.5M house, 2 911 Porsche and $100k per month as her income....what can she think and / or demand next....
  
  I suggest that you come straight with your wife and let her know what has happened.....I think your wife deserves the millions you are about to give more than to the other party. I am aware that there will be unpleasantries but IMHO you will be much better off. Besides I am sure that your wife for all these decades will understand your situation.
