all i can say and will say..
leave him for GOOD else you'll need to file for protection order from the court..to make him stay a certain distance from you..
if you want to feel safe, show evidence of him abusing you, be it vocally, physically, have evidence, just send him to boys' home or jail depending on his age.

if the above is no, then i suggest u give him a chance,
bearing in mind that, no body is gonna pity u should he be abusing u in any form, no body is gonna help u, instead everyone will jeer at u, laugh at u for being dumb. and u might lose some frds in the process.
