  like sour plums, soursop, assam laksa, sour green apple and starfruit, sour guava, sour orange etc etc..exercise will only tone yr muscle, it never reduce your fat, what goes in must come out, sour stuff will make u go toilet many times,

  well.. cos my gf is like so hot and i am like so fat.. =.="
  
  last time i also very fit one.. but recently.. the fats all popping out ><

  must look nice so can go sentosa and play basketball without shirt on mah.. mre cooling
  
  + my shirt.. now like all cannot wear liao wear le will see tummy ><
