Secondly - your teacher being a teacher - and actually told you that he likes you and want to chase you - basically if you report him - he would be fired off the school right away, especially he has taken actions in trying to do something about it.
Thirdly, this male teacher is highly likely to have a fetish for young school girls - pedophile in disguse of a teacher. You should avoid him and if you think of other people that may be affected in the future - perhaps telling it to a trusted teacher in your school would be a good choice.
Lastly: If you don't react to him, he can't do anything to you - therefore don't. -
try to keep a distance from him.
these things usually won't, and will not work out one...
just give him the respect as you would to a teacher and he will get ur hint.

from what i've seen from your post, your teacher really seems to dote u alot. He bought so much stuff like sweets, plushies etc.. he's just like trying to use money to buy you over. don't fall into his trap unless you like him.. He might treat you good but no matter what, he's still your teacher. I think the best person to consult is your parents. They will definitely help you..
