Don't just anyhow file for divorce. Sometimes you cannot totally believe everyone's advice in a forum, even mine. Some are basically crap advice. Take every advice with a pinch of salt. Believe in yourself and your husband. Because only the 2 of you knows best. That's what I'll say.

i think its best to hire PI? while checking the inbox, u should try check his outbox too. and after u have gathered all the evidence, u trash it out with him like there will be no tonight!. if, after months of following him and still got nothing. then its also good that u try get his attention by crying all of a sudden, go emo(i hate emo. stupid name too. but its a good method) or just one day while watching comedies, u trash it out with him.

give him a chance to repent, before confronting with him.

It might not be that the hubby has committed adultery. Just wanting to have fun.
Thing is, if there is no proof of adultery, except for exchanges of smses, it wont be easy to get a divorce easily. The standard timeframe to acquire a divorce still stands.
TS hubby may have been just wanting to have some fun, and TS may be hurt, because he is having fun, maybe hitting TS's ego a bit that he isnt having fun with her instead. I know it hurts, because as a wife, you suddenly feels unwanted, not sexy or just plain dowdy.
Important thing is to lay down the rules. Both spouse has to be reminded of the line they shouldnt cross. And playing around has some consequences, which both party has to accept. Let him know that if he want to eat outside, he need to be responsible to wipe his mouth and not bring trouble home.
There is some logic to the worse suggestion here. Do some exercise, keep yourself healthy and beautiful and you wont need to borther about him straying cos he wont be the last man you can have.
