my budget is around 2k onli... i asked woffles wu he charge consultation fee at 150!!! so ex... then he say treatment have to depend on the degree of severity -
I thinking of going to both consultation nsc to book a date for fraxel and also to woffles wu to see what does he offer. But mostly woffles wu will charge at a steep rate.
