I believe most of the singapore-born singaporean including me love singapore.
It is just a difference of opinion on how the place should be run.
It is a strange place where people dun exercise actions of their rights when they are being bullied.
The only thing that pissed me off is that the hard earned money taxed from us are used to pay scolarship and living expenses to foreign students that are not grateful but looked at singaporeans as suckers.
because of the existence of the phrase - the grass is greener on the other side.
blind patriotism is similar to communism in north korea. being born here doesn't mean we have to love this country. we can love parts of it but not all.
