just keep a timetable for exercising schedules. You gotta be disciplined enough to follow the regular scheme in order to lose weight. Even if you just lose a little , it's better then none. Besides , you are ensured that you are much healthier than before.
By the way , if you're fat and you're in secondary school , shouldn't you be in the TAF club or something ? I was in TAF too.
If that's the case , utilize that opportunity and exercise more.
Even you don't lose much weight , you gonna be much healthier than before.
I jog twice or trice per week to keep fit. I don't see the point of being depressed over such minute matters.

I'm one of the kind of obese people, but I don't act like one, I'm actually afraid of cold and I eat lesser than an underweight person. What I suggest is choose your food wisely, only allow yourself to eat one serving of meat during slimming down period. Eat tons of fruits and vegetable per day, water melon and papaya is the best, the diatery(sp?) fibre and water content in them is more than enough for you to go the toilet and release all the toxin in your body. Next is the workout, for me, I take up martial art class for passion and sub-target is to slim down, wushu is the best. Don't pick taekwondo especially in the cc if you want to slim, it 's no use due to the high number of kids and the coach will lower the training standard. In between the wushu classes, go for a jogging more than half an hour per day for at least 3 days. From my experience, I lost at least 2 kg every week. That is what I can advice, good luck.
