dude being fat has its own pros and cons...you're big sized ppl will be afraid of your forceful punch(slow but lots of power) con is...no girl will look at you....ppl say won't dare say u fat cause scared kana punch by you...lols....try to build up muscles la...like wad the others are trying to give u tips now...if u want tips on impressing girls can come find me! hahas ;)

btw wat is not eat much.. u eat balanced.. u go fan cai, u say rice eat here... eat 1 serving of meat ( non fried + non oily), 1 serving of vege, 1 serving of beansprouts or carrots or tou fu.. then u see the plate
that is not eating too much..
if u really wan slim down.. like me i tried b4 and is effective,
u can go any supermarkets to get those cereal bar.. bring them with u anywhere.. when hungry take one bar and eat ONE.. then when during meal ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) u eat around half of wat is of normal.. then only u can get urself have the a bit hungry effect for the whole day.. then for that.. u can do workout anytime..
btw try to drink some protein ( like some whey protein from the medicine shop or some soya milk) str8 after workout.. as in after cooldown la.. not u still cannot catch ur breath then u drink..
u really wanna slim down so much, u can keep doing push ups every time u think of it.. or u feel like it.. but if u gonna do that, make sure u be real tired of ur muscle at the end of the day..

Hey bro , i am fat from primary school till now which is my poly years. Why do you keep having this negative thinking ? For fuck's sake ,
just keep a timetable for exercising schedules. You gotta be disciplined enough to follow the regular scheme in order to lose weight. Even if you just lose a little , it's better then none. Besides , you are ensured that you are much healthier than before.
By the way , if you're fat and you're in secondary school , shouldn't you be in the TAF club or something ? I was in TAF too.
If that's the case , utilize that opportunity and exercise more.
Even you don't lose much weight , you gonna be much healthier than before.
I jog twice or trice per week to keep fit. I don't see the point of being depressed over such minute matters.
