try to do something tat will make u forget eveything in ur mind although it wun permanently let u forget ur problems... but will tahan for a while though....
something tat u like to do but always no time to do or when u stress u wanna do one.....
or try to talk to someone close to u, tell him/her all ur problems, though tat person may not be able to help u but at least u can release some tension by telling ur prob mah....jus like a full reservoir overflowing thru a dam like tat....will feel better after tat....
or u like copy those movies scene, stand at any bridge in singapore and shout at the top of ur voice, personally recommend the bridge leading to esplanade, got seawind somemore....

solve ur problem one by one juz like u need to first take off ur pants then u can do business and not doing business while taking off ur pants.... -
you can start relaxing by venting your problems here

especially kelvin kern, although never hear him play live before, i still like his albums.. very nice and soothing..
