lol ya calcium will help you grow taller. try to take at least 1 liter of milk a day and 20 caps of calcium. try to get at least 5 grams of calcium into your body. then you'll grow taller. or die.

Hi heartbroken, im in an altrustic mood today so listen good. Losing weight is not only restricting your diet and running yourself to death and so does it apply to milking to get taller. There is a combination of factors such as nutrition, level of activity, metabolism, lifestyle, social support etc. And it is impt that you must understand yourself before you can carry out and massive extream makeover. There is just too much to say over threads and posts, so if you would appreciate my helping hand, do feel free to pm me and we'll see what we can do about you. But firstly, do change your attitude. Your negativity might have been the very thing that puts pple off and hence their refusal to help you.

If you are young, just drink and eat need to worry so much.

Don't be so obsessed over calories like some of those anoxeric girls. If you want stunted growth at your age, then by all means go and limit your calories. Don't worry about being fat till you are past 18; you need the calories before 18 for good growth. And by 18, you hv army to shape you up.
