My personal spendings is about 500~600 per month. -
if ur workplace gt canteen, eat there.. drink plain water when having ur meals..
if hme gt cook, go hme eat..
and when buying groceries, always compare e prices betw. various brands..
go for quantity not quality(as more wellknown items are always more exp)..
always take mrt/bus when moving ard unless u're self-drive..
take fruits as snacks rather den tibits..

let say my 3 meals per day are all on my own,plus transport fees to gt to campus,n i wanna watch movie at least twice a month,then sometimes can go shopping.possible to spend the same amount as u?

Alrite... tat might cos more.My ex is a Malaysian... but the expenses is around 1k if you handle ur finances well.

allocate a percentage of ur salary to be saved at all times and if u want to save a huge percentage at one go, put it into a current bank account (as for me, i dun go out unless necessary and i always suggest budget meals when going out with friends)
