it could be dangerous, if the veins and supplies to the testicles end up getting entangled with the testicle. could lead to death of the testicle. its best to consult your doctor. either that or your underwear is too tight.

Yes. The movement is too little to be seen with naked eye. But we can feel it moves inside our scortums if we sit down and concentrate.
Of course, it did not bounce. Just rotate itself inside the scortum bag.

Obesity IS one of the factor. But if you really cannot accept it, you can always blame your underwear, pants manufacturer like everyone else who are like you.
Another possible factor could be due to excessive masturbation or sexual acts. But I don't think that's worth considering for your case right? Most likely it is just caused by extreme OBESITY!

That slight moment won't make us horny lah. Cos horny itself is usually controlled by our brains. If we think horny, then we will be horny. Lets say, if we got no mood to think about sex, even if a girl stands stark naked infront of us, it does not have much effect on us. Only when we think otherwise, then things will be different.
So, even if when we are in a cold environment, the testicles will move itself too. The feeling is like the ball shrinks itself.

Thank you for the suggestions. The pain has subsided for one week. I think I will observe for 2 weeks then decided whether to go to doctor or not. The swelling is still there.

Good to hear that its not painful anymore but if the swelling is still there, i still feel its best to go see a doctor and get an answer to what cause all the pain and discomfort. Its best to know and if theres any problems, get it diagnosed and cured early as most medical conditions easily get worse when you drag it. Being painless might not always mean that its cured.
Don't be worried that you have to let the doct see or even touch your testicles lah. Its for a medical purpose so don't be shy about it.
